We Are Yes Chef
In February 2014, two of New Covent Garden Market's most esteemed and longstanding families joined forces to establish Yes Chef.

Danny and Paul, along with Barry and Martin, had forged deep friendships over the years. Danny and Barry's connection dated back to the Old Covent Garden Market, where they fondly reminisced about their experiences. Similarly, Paul and Martin had been acquainted since 1990.

Prior to YesChef, both families had owned larger fruit and vegetable distribution companies, but they came to the realisation that bigger wasn't always better. Recognising a niche in the market, they saw an opportunity to create a smaller, more personalised supplier. This shift allowed them to refocus on their strengths: quality and service. These principles had been instilled in Paul and Martin by their fathers from a young age, as they helped out in the market on Saturdays and during school holidays.

Year after year, YesChef has continued to thrive, rooted in these fundamental values. Our entire team shares a deep passion for what we do, which fuels our ongoing success. We firmly believe that we boast the most dedicated team in the market. Our company motto, "Peel The Love," encapsulates our commitment, and even after all these years, we're still fully committed to living it out.

We operate a fleet of refrigerated vehicles equipped with state-of-the-art tracking technology. This allows us to provide real-time updates to our customers regarding the whereabouts of their deliveries, ensuring transparency and peace of mind. Additionally, our vehicles are equipped with both interior and exterior CCTV cameras for enhanced security and monitoring purposes.
